HVAC – Heating/Cooling

- Ceiling fans – The living room and three bedrooms all have ceiling fans. The house is well insulated, so usually sufficient to just use these in higher temperatures.
- Pellet Stove – The stove in the living room does not burn wood logs like you may expect. It burns highly-efficient wood pellets. To use, make sure their are wood pellets in the top (if empty, there will be a bad in the garage). Make sure both power cables are plugged in from the back. You can then open the little door on the right side of the stove to select a heating level, then push the start button.
- Bathroom exhaust fans – Both bathrooms have fans controlled by the switch at the doorway. It’s very important to turn these on when showering to clear out the humidity in the bathroom. You may also want to get rid of unwanted odors.
